I went to view a jaguar xj and took it for a test drive. Loved the car but had a few issues. I pointed them out and they put it on the ramp to have a look. Let me have a good look around the car and said all the issues found would be sorted. Very impressed that they did this. You don't even get this treatment at main dealers. put a deposit down on a car which I was originally very excited for. However quickly realised that although I loved the car it wasn't what I originally went out for. Called up and they were very professional on the phone and offered a few alternative cars that were more what I was looking for. Still decided that I wasn't going to go through with the purchase. Also gave me back half the deposit which they didn't need to do as I knew it wouldn't be refundable. Honestly showed up some of the bigger manufacturer dealerships. Would recommend.

What can I say this is my second time purchasing my car from Shawn Dream Cars and I am over moon with my new car, so much to choose from, I was confused but then I am a creature of habit to I went back with my ford galaxy. Waqar is Amazing he dealt with me very professional and friendly, he has gone above and beyond to make sure I drive home same day in my new car. I cant praise them enough I cant thank them enough.
